SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Richard & Helen, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information about our delivery process, in line with UK consumer protection laws.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Our estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to contact us for a resolution in accordance with UK consumer law.

SHIPPING ORIGIN & CUSTOMS

All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier, located outside the United Kingdom (China).

As a result:

  • Your order may be subject to customs processing.
  • Import VAT or duties may apply depending on UK regulations.
  • These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this shipping arrangement.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

In accordance with UK consumer law, Richard & Helen remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address at checkout.
  • If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
