RETURN POLICY
At Richard & Helen, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return a product, we’ve outlined our return policy below to guide you through the process.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on the product is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.
- Ordering items in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not allowed.
RETURN SHIPPING & RETURN DESTINATION
All returns must be sent to our international supplier located in China.
Important information:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- This includes international shipping fees, customs charges, and any import/export costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that returns are shipped internationally to China.
RETURN PROCESS
- Notify us of your intent to return via support@richardandhelen.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
- We will provide you with the return address for our supplier (located in China).
- Return the item at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected for its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 30 days via the original payment method.
LIABILITY
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this will be the customer's responsibility.
- Any address errors should be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
